[Responsibilities]
- Complete weekly billing process for logistics operations in Infor (WMS system)
- Complete setups of new customers and new rates for existing customers in Infor as required
- Prepare weekly billing reports in excel using v-lookups and pivot tables
- Perform accounts receivable tasks when required in Great Plains (Accounting system) or other systems as need be
- Assist in internal and external auditing services for the group.
- Appraise, evaluate, and inventory of property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
- Other duties allocated from time to time
- Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.

- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting programs
