Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Tester
to join our team and support the testing of HR transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across
SuccessFactors modules
and a proven track record in delivering high-quality testing outcomes in HR technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various
    SAP SuccessFactors modules
    (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.).
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
    of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Validate configurations, workflows, role-based permissions, and data integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party/legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to ensure requirements are well understood and tested.
  • Track, document, and manage defects using tools such as
    Jira, HP ALM, or qTest
    .
  • Support UAT cycles by coordinating with business users, preparing test data, and resolving test issues.
  • Ensure testing processes align with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on
    testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors
    .
  • Strong knowledge of at least
    2 or more modules
    (Employee Central is mandatory, others like Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    role-based permissions, workflows, and integration testing
    in SuccessFactors.
  • Experience using
    test management/defect tracking tools
    (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, qTest).
  • Strong understanding of
    HR processes
    in a global enterprise environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
