At our Chermside store, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, upbeat team environment where customer experience comes first. We're now looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as a Specialist Sales Consultant.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll help customers find the perfect fit – from boots and hi-vis to uniforms and PPE. You'll be part of a passionate team that values great service, attention to detail, and genuine product knowledge (don't worry, full training is provided).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome customers and assist with product selection in a professional, friendly manner
  • Provide expert advice and fitting support (training provided)
  • Accurately process sales and orders through our POS system
  • Keep our store tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and customer needs
  • Stay up to date with the latest workwear trends and product info
  • Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Computer-savvy (POS or admin system experience a plus)
  • Available to work weekdays, with some weekend flexibility
  • Knowledge of workwear or safety gear is a bonus – but not essential
