This retail sales opportunity plays a key role in supporting the success of our Sportscraft & JAG concession pads within Myer. As a Part Time Sales Consultant, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and help bring our brands to life through styling and strong product knowledge.

Reporting to the Concession Manager, you'll work closely with the team to create personalised experiences for our customers, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to a positive and inspiring store environment - working 18 hours per week across 3 days.

ABOUT YOU

  • Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
  • An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
  • Thrive on team work and collaboration
  • Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets
  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
