Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Help customers find what they're looking for, offer product recommendations, and share your knowledge about our items.
  • Sales: Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet store targets. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the shop floor tidy and presentable.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, manage inventory, and handle new stock deliveries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to create a supportive and efficient work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a genuine love for helping people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for children's products and/or homewares is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
