About the role…


• Manage the day to day catering operations within your assigned area of the Centre's Kitchens.


• Plan, coordinate and deliver all arrangements related to food production to ensure a world class culinary experience.


• Work with the Kitchen team to ensure all food safety requirements are adhered to whilst maintaining current Centre food concept guidelines.


• Assist the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs with the preparation of Kitchen policies and procedures, recipes, detailed process maps and training manuals for areas under your control.

The successful applicant will be required to provide the Centre with a National Police Check Certificate Name Only (Police Check).
