As a Lead Business Analyst you will initially support a SAP Signavio integration project and then be involved with other IT initiatives as part of the organisation's Technology Uplift program. You will promote BA best practice and contribute to improvements to processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, define, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

  • Support business case development with strategy, budget, timeline, and vendor input.

  • Map current and future business processes and translate them into solution designs.

  • Collaborate across teams to align project goals, test interim solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, ongoing communication.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Skilled in business analysis tools and techniques (BABOK or similar).

  • Strong process mapping and requirements gathering abilities.

  • Proficient in BPMN 2.0, UML, and Use Case development.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and adaptability.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5 years in Business Analysis.

  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent experience.

  • Workshop facilitation experience (online and in-person).

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient in dynamic environments.

  • Proven Lead BA experience
  • Experience in Hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments
  • Experience with SAP Siganivio integration projects or similar
