We're seeking an experienced
Digital Business Analyst
to join a fast-paced digital team driving the next evolution of
customer-facing mobile and web platforms

About The Role
As a
Digital Business Analyst
, you'll work across
mobile app and B2C digital initiatives
, supporting the discovery, definition, and delivery of innovative digital solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders across product, design, development, marketing, and customer service, you'll help translate customer needs into scalable, user-centric digital features.

You'll be a key player in an agile, product-led environment, helping us bring to life intuitive mobile and web journeys that engage users, streamline experiences, and drive measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and customer journeys for digital and mobile initiatives
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure solutions are user-friendly, feasible, and aligned to business goals
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and prioritise business needs and customer pain points
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
  • Analyse and map current vs future state digital processes
  • Support UAT planning and execution to ensure features meet requirements
  • Leverage analytics and customer feedback to identify areas for optimisation and improvement

About You

  • 3+ years' experience as a Digital or Business Analyst with a focus on B2C websites or mobile applications
  • Proven track record working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation
  • Experience working with product managers, developers, and UX teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar
  • A user-focused mindset and passion for creating digital products that solve real customer problems
  • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, retail, loyalty, or subscription-based business models
