We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis Lead to support the Head of Business Analysis in developing and implementing scalable, agile-aligned BA processes, frameworks, and templates across the organisation.

You will lead a centralised BA function that mentors and supports decentralised Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence.

  • Mentor and coach Business Analysts across teams, driving best practices aligned with Auto & General's environment and regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement adaptable BA methodologies, capability frameworks, artefacts, and templates tailored for a dynamic, regulated environment
  • Promote a "compliance by design" culture throughout the organisation
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in BA practices and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions

What Experience You'll Bring

  • 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Senior BA, or Lead BA in complex, regulated environments
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, including coaching BA teams
  • Deep expertise in BA tools, frameworks, and agile delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience developing and implementing BA capability frameworks, processes, and templates
  • Ability to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and compliance
  • Previous experience in a BA Centre of Excellence or Practice is highly desirable
