Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation (AAC) is seeking two dynamic, community-minded professionals to join our team:

  • Employment Pathways Advisor (EPA)
  • Employment Support Officer (ESO)

These full-time roles are based in Karratha. Please note: housing is not provided, so we're looking for applicants who already live locally.

ABOUT THE ROLES

Employment Pathways Advisor (EPA)

You'll work directly with job seekers to understand their skills, interests, and goals—then guide them toward sustainable employment. You'll collaborate with employers, training providers, and community services to build tailored pathways that lead to real opportunities.

Employment Support Officer (ESO)

You'll be the connector—engaging with employers, identifying new industries, and building strong relationships to create employment opportunities. You'll stay ahead of regional economic trends and help shape the future of workforce development in Karratha.

ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for people who are:

  • Passionate about supporting job seekers from diverse backgrounds
  • Great communicators and relationship builders
  • Organised and confident with admin and record-keeping
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
  • Familiar with the local employment market and community services (preferred but not essential)
