Grow Therapy Services is a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and rights-based practice based in the Pilbara region of WA.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our therapy and behaviour support team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and leadership across a multidisciplinary team (PBS practitioners, Counsellors, therapy assistants, equine therapists and others).
  • Carry a small, meaningful client caseload (flexible depending on your discipline and interests).
  • Lead quality assurance, clinical governance, and NDIS compliance.
  • Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Help embed the GROW Framework into everyday practice.

About You

You are a clinician with strong alignment to neuroaffirming and human rights-based practice.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Developmental Education or similar.
  • Current professional registration.
  • 5+ years' experience in disability, behaviour support, or related practice.
  • Experience in supervision, leadership, or clinical service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with compassion and clarity.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in rural/remote settings.
  • Familiarity with positive behaviour support or the GROW Framework.
  • Lived experience of disability or neurodivergence (encouraged to apply).
