Your new role

  • .Oversee end-to-end file management, including matter creation, compliance tasks, and archiving.
  • Manage inboxes, screen calls, and liaise directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate complex travel, meetings, and events, including diary and expense management.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, including clerks and graduates.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Drive billing processes, including WIP tracking, invoice drafting, and client reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple platforms and support CLE tracking.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Aderant Expert is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of discretion, professionalism, and client service orientation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and mentor junior team members.
