About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the best Bar Managers in the industry to join the opening team. These roles are hands-on, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Demonstrated restaurant bar management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
  • Restaurant opening experience is advantageous
  • Proven track record in leading a high performing team
  • Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focus
  • Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Must possess a valid RSA certificate
  • Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
