The Role

We are on the hunt for a Bar Manager to oversee the beverage operations at Aria Restaurant 

As Bar Manager, you will be instrumental in the development of seasonal cocktail lists for Aria as well the overall management of the bars including ordering, stocktake, rostering and training the team. Your passion for slinging bespoke cocktails and creating a solid guest experience will be at the forefront of what you do and you will love passing your knowledge onto the broader team

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, working for some of Sydney's most prestigious restaurants or cocktail bars as a Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor to hit the ground running.
