With a dedicated team of over 300 employees, our headquarters in Gillman and regional depots in Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Pirie, Kadina, Clare, Berri, and Victor Harbor enable us to provide next-day express freight services throughout South Australia, including both metropolitan and regional areas, as well as to Broken Hill and Mildura.

About the Role:

We are seeking a vibrant and motivated Operations Administrator for our Port Pirie Depot. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll effectively handle inquiries and provide front-line support, ensuring exceptional service is provided to our customer network. The position is responsible for cross checking any unusual freight, ensuring that system charges are correct and reporting any issues found to the relevant teams.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

  • Passionate about customer service and driven to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers.
  • Confident prioritising and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with our customers, drivers, suppliers and team members.
  • Problem solver to identify and resolve issues that may arise ensuring to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in use of the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
