We are seeking a highly skilled
Power Automate and VBA Developer
to design, build, and maintain advanced automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and creating user-friendly solutions that make a lasting business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Automate Development

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain advanced Power Automate flows.
  • Integrate workflows across Microsoft 365, Azure, and other business-critical platforms.
  • Ensure automations are robust, scalable, and secure.

Excel Automation & VBA Development

  • Write and maintain reliable VBA code to automate Excel processes.
  • Enable seamless bidirectional data flows between Excel and systems such as Azure DevOps.
  • Deliver user-friendly solutions that allow non-technical stakeholders to make manual updates when needed.

Systems Integration

  • Connect Power Automate with applications including Azure DevOps, Microsoft Forms, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate data movement across platforms.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Produce clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Maintain version control and ensure best practices in documenting solutions.

Power BI (Foundational)

  • Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards.
  • Support integration between Power BI and Power Automate to enhance business reporting.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Proactively identify and deliver process automation opportunities.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and apply new features effectively.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for existing flows and VBA scripts.
  • Train end-users on interacting with automated solutions where required.

Desirable skills & Experience:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Power Automate
    (non-negotiable).
  • Expert-level VBA development experience
    (non-negotiable).
  • Foundational knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
