We're seeking an Enterprise Improvement Lead to champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our organisation. If you're passionate about driving excellence and making a meaningful impact in aged care, this could be your next big move.
About The Role
The Enterprise Improvement Lead spearheads quality, risk, and compliance initiatives across Juniper's corporate and operational services. This pivotal role leads enterprise-wide continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS requirements, and internal policies, while championing excellence in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic quality and compliance initiatives across the enterprise
 - Conduct audits and assessments to monitor standards and identify improvement opportunities
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
 - Analyse performance data and present insights to senior leadership
 - Develop and deliver training programs in partnership with Learning & Development
 - Ensure alignment with Juniper's values and regulatory requirements
 
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in quality management, compliance, and risk mitigation
 - Strong leadership and project management capabilities
 - Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC)
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 - Ability to educate and mentor teams on quality standards and compliance
 
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Quality Assurance, or related field
 - Proven experience in quality and compliance leadership
 - Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
 - Knowledge of aged care standards and continuous improvement frameworks
 - Current driver's licence and ability to meet physical demands of the role
