About the Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulations while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will inspire, mentor, and lead educators to deliver high-quality programs that support every child's learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the centre in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community.
  • Lead, mentor, and support educators to achieve excellence in practice.
  • Manage enrolments, occupancy, and centre budgets effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain high quality ratings

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership/management role within early childhood.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training.
