The successful applicant will support the Car Care teams within our Sydney/Newcastle region with the prime purpose of growing an outstanding team of passionate and high performing sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coach and train both experienced and new Car Care Consultants
  • Facilitate group training sessions
  • Dealership support
  • Recruitment
  • Prepare monthly reports for management
  • Deliver profit growth proposals
  • Support Operational Managers

The Ideal Candidate has

  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve growth and targets by motivating, growing, driving and leading team culture and performance
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of sales success
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • The ability to organise and prioritise a changing workload
  • Experience in Aftermarket Car Care considered an advantage
  • Experience in automotive industry highly regarded
  • Background in Sales
  • Competent computer skills
  • Able to lead teams
  • Monday to Friday

Previous experience in Car Care considered an advantage, as you will be required to hit the ground running. You must be available to work a five-day week.

The successful applicant will need to have a genuine passion for success within a professional sales environment. In return you will enjoy an outstanding remuneration package of a retainer plus commissions.
