Lumus Imaging is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Call Centre Representative to join our team based at our Frenches Forest clinic.

This is a back-of-house role where you'll work collaboratively with a supportive team to manage patient bookings and enquiries, while also providing front desk coverage when required to ensure a seamless experience for every patient.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage bookings and appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate clearly and helpfully with patients, referrers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with Medicare billing and general administration.
  • Provide occasional front desk support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About You

  • Experience in administration or customer service (healthcare experience highly regarded).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for patient care and creating positive experiences.
  • Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including after-hours and weekends.
