As our Projects Administrative Assistant, you will be the glue that keeps our insurance project managers on target and running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.

  • Assisting with portal updates, both internal and external, for jobs managed by our team.

  • Assisting with scheduling trades and sending purchase orders.

  • Assisting with invoice integrity and approvals.

  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role in the construction/insurance repair industry is preferred but not necessary.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer service-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experienced using Microsoft.
