We're looking for an experienced commercial Project Manager to join the Skelcon team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Skelcon, you'll play a key role in overseeing a variety of projects, working closely with our clients, contractors and team members. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards. Here's a rundown of what you'll be doing:

  • Managing WHS protocols and performing risk assessments
  • Overseeing project quality, environmental, and safety standards
  • Handling project cost plans and tenders
  • Developing and managing client contracts
  • Scheduling timelines and managing resources
  • Communicating with clients and managing project variations
  • Budget estimating and documentation review
  • Leading multiple projects and ensuring smooth progress from start to finish
  • Maintaining a professional approach with clients, team members, and contractors
  • Ensuring all industry standards and regulations are met
  • Managing budgets and reporting to our accounts and directors
  • In office position, located in Lambton

About you

We're looking for someone who's not just experienced but also a great fit for our team culture.

The following is preferable:

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working on projects up to $10M in value
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction/project management
  • WHS construction induction certification
  • Great attention to detail and time management
  • Experience in managing medical, hospitality and commercial projects
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Experience with strategic planning and risk management
  • Familiarity with Office 360 Suite, Canva and Buildsoft estimating software
  • A valid driver's license
  • Availability to start ASAP
