Qualifications & experience

  • If you are currently in Retail, Bookings or Sales, whilst finishing school and have over 2 years experience read on.....
  • Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Recent completion of Trade/School Certificate(s) would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPI's of at least 2 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and negotiation ability with a high level of both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead great conversations, find solutions with your problem solving ability, all whilst upholding a professional manner and appearance beyond interview.
  • Computer literacy with an outgoing, energetic and confident personality.
  • Drivers licence (preferred).

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Learning and training with a team member with over 30 years of customer service experience.
  • Working with a dynamic frontline team to fulfil the service requirements of up to 60 appointments daily.
  • Our team of Service Consultants and Booking agents main focus is to provide outstanding customer service to Andersons retail and fleet client base.
  • Be results driven and accomplish goals.
  • Make decisions and connect with people.
  • Liaise with confidence by providing Outstanding Customer Service.
  • Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction.
  • The hours for this role are from 7:30am - 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.
