The Role
Montessori Academy is seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our growing team across several upcoming centres. This is a wonderful opportunity for early childhood professionals who are deeply committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and who are eager to contribute to the continued success of our outstanding Montessori educational program.

Our campuses offer supportive and approachable Centre Managers, a collaborative team culture, exceptional professional development and training pathways, and beautifully designed learning environments—both indoors and outdoors.

The successful candidates will bring a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, a genuine passion for early childhood education, and an appreciation for the Montessori philosophy.

Multiple positions are available across the following new locations:

  • Campsie
  • Hurstville
  • Narellan Vale
  • Mount Annan
  • Leppington
  • Gregory Hills

Key Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a team
  • Strong appreciation for the importance of family engagement
  • Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
  • Understanding of the Montessori philosophy
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children
  • Passion for early childhood education and learning
  • Commitment to the holistic development of each child

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
  • Availability between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing children's services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF
