What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or educational setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • A deep understanding of child development, inclusive practices, and current best practices in early childhood education
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
