Bright Steps Academy is opening a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre in Victor Harbor (Chiton) — and we're looking for passionate and caring Childcare Educators (Certificate III and Diploma qualified) to join our founding team.

At Bright Steps Academy, we're dedicated to providing high-quality early learning in a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Our educators play a vital role in nurturing each child's growth and wellbeing — and we're just as committed to helping our educators grow too.

About the Role

As a Childcare Educator, you'll create engaging, play-based learning experiences, build meaningful connections with children and families, and work collaboratively within a supportive team. Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience, we'll help you thrive.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Genuine passion for early learning and nurturing young minds
  • Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practice (or willingness to learn)
  • Warm, positive, and team-focused approach
  • Commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments

  • Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
