At Glenroy Bakery, we pride ourselves on using the finest ingredients and crafting fresh, artisanal baked goods daily. From mouthwatering croissants to warm, golden loaves of bread, our team is dedicated to delivering quality and delight to our customers.

Job Title: Full-Time Baker

Location: Glenroy, Melbourne, Victoria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes to our high standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and kitchen areas.

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering ingredients as needed.

  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation.

  • Collaborate with the team to create new products and special seasonal offerings.

  • Provide excellent customer service when needed, including packaging and displaying products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a baker (minimum 1-2 years).

  • A passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work early mornings and/or weekends as required.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Certificafe III in bakery or relevant qualication

  • A food safety certificate (or willing to obtain one) is a plus.
