In the last 8 years, Baker Bleu has seen significant growth - with 4 locations across 2 states. We produce market leading sourdough bread, pastries & lunch. Our coffee program is a partnership with one of the best in the business - Market Lane.

Qualifications

To be considered, you will need to have:

  • Experience producing high quality coffee in a similar hospitality/cafe environment
  • Experience with stock control and ordering
  • Experience with POS systems
