They are located at; MOORABBIN VIC, KEW VIC, FRANKSTON VIC, BORONIA VIC, GEELONG WEST VIC, TRARALGON VIC, BALLARAT VIC, CALOUNDRA QLD, MTGRAVATT QLD and BROADBEACH QLD.

Gluten Free 4 U is currently seeking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Baker to join their teams.

Job Duties:

  • Preparation of pastry and fillings.
  • Dough mixing.
  • Kneading, hand moulding, and scaling dough.
  • Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times.
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc
  • Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
  • Inspecting the quality of products throughout the production process.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and surroundings, and comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered.
  • A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement.
  • Creative drive and a genuine interest in food history and trends

Successful applicants must have the following:

  • Relevant qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Proactive and energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired.
  • Possess effective communication skills.
