We are seeking a passionate, experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Logan team and take our customer experience to the next level.

As a Showroom Manager at ILS, you're not just managing a store—you're making a difference. You'll lead a dedicated team, connect with the local community, and empower customers with products that truly improve lives. What your day looks like:

  • Open and close the showroom, manage transactions, and keep things running smoothly
  • Welcome customers with warmth, guide them through our product range, and help them find solutions that suit their needs
  • Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more
  • Proactively build relationships and generate new business opportunities
  • Stay on top of admin tasks and stock levels to ensure a seamless in-store experience
  • Processing product sales and hire agreements efficiently and accurately
  • Coach, motivate and support your team—including staff rostering, recruitment, and training
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Champion continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and community engagement
  • Being the face of ILS in the local community. Build and develop relationships with customers and other local businesses

Who you are?

  • A great communicator and team player with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong computer skills - SAP B1 experience an advantage

ILS is an NDIS Provider and therefore all ILS Employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia.  This role will require you to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
