As a  Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will be passionate and be our biggest brand ambassador.

We are currently looking for a manager for our Logan Central

We have stores at Ashmore, Coomera, Oxenford & Logan Central.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
  • Responsible for inventory and money control systems
  • Responsible for local marketing initiatives, focused on growing Guest Count and Brand Recognition
  • Oversees rosters and food costs

  • A passion for delivering high standards of customer service

  • Must have the right to work in Australia
  • Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and has access to a car.

Salary and Benefits

  • $65,000 + Super
  • Generous Bonus Policy to achieve the KPIs and Sales growth of the business
