This role can be based in either Perth or Sydney, offering flexibility and support as you grow your career in a dynamic, people-first environment.What you'll do:Assist in processing payroll for over 2,000 employees across AustraliaMaintain and update employee records, including onboarding new startersSupport the calculation of termination payments and payroll adjustmentsContribute to end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reportingDeliver high-quality customer service via Workday help cases, email, and phoneCollaborate with People & Culture and other Corporate Services teams to ensure seamless supportWhat you'll bring:Essential:A foundational understanding of Australian payroll legislationStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive, team-oriented mindsetDesirable:Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday HCMProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookLife at RSM:RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
