NOW HIRING – Crane Operator & Dogman

Depot- Chevallum, Sunshine Coast | Casual with Minimum 30 Hours/Week

A1 Lift is a family-owned company based in Chevallum on the Sunshine Coast. Due to an increase in fleet and workload, we are hiring for two positions. Both roles will start as casual with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to move into full-time for the right candidates.


1. Crane Operator

Requirements:

  • Minimum C6 Crane Licence and HR Driver's Licence
  • DG Dogman Ticket
  • Experience in general hire and pick & carry crane work
  • White Card / QLD High Risk Work Licence
  • All tickets and licences must be current
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Safety-first mindset with a proactive approach
  • Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work (rare)
  • Willingness to work long days when required
  • A team player with excellent communication skills

Desirable (not essential):

  • Rigger Ticket
  • Experience with left-hand/right-hand drive
  • Mechanical knowledge/skills

Pay rate: Negotiated based on experience and qualifications.


2. Dogman

Requirements:

  • DG Dogman Ticket
  • Current Manual Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
  • White Card / QLD High Risk Work Licence
  • Crane hire industry experience
  • Fit, motivated, and willing to work long days
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Available Monday to Friday, with rare weekend availability

Desirable (not essential):

  • Rigger Ticket

Pay rate: Negotiated based on experience and tickets.
