We are a leading supplier of high-quality machine tools to a variety of industries worldwide. With a strong technical foundation, our company is renowned for its efficient and dependable services. We take pride in providing our customers with friendly and professional assistance, and many have become valued friends over the years.
We are seeking Executive Representatives in United States and Canada area to help drive growth for our company in a significantly expanding marketplace. This role will be working remotely with current customers to maintain existing business relationships.
Training will be provided so prior experience is not necessarily required. The focus will be to continuously improve the customer experience while providing management with effective feedback to improve service.
- The Executive Representative will be the key point of contact between the company and its current customers. Directly resolve customers inquiry or to direct the customer to the appropriate department within the company. Assist with the daily activities of the Sales Department. Responding to customer service inquiries and requests through telephone and email correspondence in a professional manner. Under the guidance of the Senior Executive, meet or exceed established
department goals, follow process guidelines and procedures. Customer communications could include but are not limited
to the following:
•Service inquiries
•Billing questions
•Account reconciliations
•Invoice Payments
- •High School Diploma or equivalent
•Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
•Possess effective customer service skills to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer requests.
•Detail oriented and proactive with work assignments
