What You'll Be Doing

As Team Leader for the Windows Team, you will be responsible for the performance, stability, and ongoing development of Evolution Systems' private cloud environment, with a focus on strengthening Microsoft 365 service delivery and technical capability.

You will lead a team of Technical Consultants to deliver Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions and platforms. Together, you will raise service standards, drive adoption of Microsoft technologies, and encourage innovation and automation across client environments. You will also ensure that customer satisfaction remains at the core of everything delivered, building trust and long-term value for our clients.

In This Role You Will

• Lead and inspire your team.
  Manage triage and task allocation, provide regular coaching and performance reviews, and act as the final escalation point. Build a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability.
• Guide architecture and innovation.
  Support your team in designing and implementing Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions and platforms. Ensure solutions follow best practices, evaluate new technologies, and maintain reliability, security and efficiency across our private cloud.
• Champion automation.
  Drive standardisation and automation across our services. Introduce smart tools and AI solutions that streamline deployment, monitoring and security and deliver new value for clients.
• Elevate customer experience.
  Promote a customer-first mindset by setting clear expectations on communication, ownership and responsiveness. Work with your team to monitor service quality and client satisfaction, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
• Influence and collaborate.
  Oversee your team's pre-sales contributions and partner with Sales team to translate requirements into Microsoft solutions. Co-present proposals, strengthen vendor relationships and ensure Sales has access to up-to-date reference materials and insights.
• Safeguard and comply.
  Uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and lead your team in initiatives that strengthen security, compliance and reliability. Provide input on policy reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• You bring at least eight years of experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and virtualisation platforms.
• You know how to lead and coach technical teams, manage triage and incident response, and drive continuous improvement.
• You have strong knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, Defender) and modern security practices such as MFA, SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management and DLP.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications, such as MS-100, MS-101, MD-102, AZ-104 or MS-500, are desirable.
• Experience with ITIL or ISO 27001 is also desirable.
• You thrive in client-facing roles, enjoy problem-solving in high-pressure environments and are passionate about delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions.
