About the Role:

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives—including webinars, trade shows, and digital activations. This role is key to how NHP connects with its customers and partners, helping to elevate our brand presence and drive commercial outcomes.

You'll work closely with internal teams (channel, design, digital, SEO, product) and external partners to deliver cohesive, data-driven campaigns and engaging experiences. From content creation and stakeholder collaboration to CRM lead tracking and post-campaign reporting, you'll bring creativity, precision, and insight to every touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement events.
• Develop compelling content aligned with brand and channel goals.
• Execute campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, and website.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency and timely delivery.
• Manage logistics for webinars, trade shows, and customer events.
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage pre/post-event lead workflows.
• Use marketing automation tools to drive engagement and registrations.
• Analyse campaign data to generate insights and improve future performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant experience.
• 3+ years' experience in campaign management and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, and CRM systems.
• Experience with event planning and execution.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., MS Customer Insights – Journeys, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience and stakeholder collaboration.
