Speech-Language Pathologist – Melbourne

Your Role:

Deliver high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.

Create and implement individualised therapy plans following evidence-based practice.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referrers.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NDIS and professional standards.

What We're Looking For:

SPA Registered Speech Pathologist (or eligibility for registration).

3+ years of clinical experience (preferred).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in paediatrics, disability, or community settings is highly desirable.

Passion for making a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
