In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team that's doubling down on customer obsession
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key business and referral partners, focusing on both retention and acquisition
Lead competitive sales campaigns and promote tailored banking products and services
Assess and manage credit risk, ensuring profitability and compliance with internal and external standards
Prepare and submit business lending proposals, including industry and business analysis
Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports to achieve professional excellence and compliance
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
Significant experience in business banking and/or credit assessment, with a focus on sales, lending, and risk management
Business-related degree and/or postgraduate professional qualification (e.g., CA, PY, ACCA, MBA, CIB)
Comprehensive understanding of business/commercial practices and BFS products/services
Proven ability to develop networks, identify new business opportunities, and drive income targets
Strong track record in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to achieve compliance and performance goals
