Dusk Till Dawn Sleep Centre is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Administration experience to join our growing team. This is a part-time role with flexibility to work both from home and in-clinic across our Maroochydore, Noosa, and Gympie locations.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and efficient, with strong bookkeeping skills and the ability to provide general administrative and management support. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently while also supporting our administration, clinical and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts
- Maintaining and accurate reports for management
Supporting clinic operations
Advertising and promoting the business
Lodging Medicare and DVA
About You
Previous experience in bookkeeping is essential (Xero, or similar software)
Able to work with Microsoft / Google
Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience in a management role is desirable but not essential
