PRACTICE MANAGER (FULL TIME) REDLAND BAY BRISBANE

VetHappiness has an exceptional opportunity for a new Practice Manager (Qualified Vet Nurse) to join our pet loving team. This is a great role to step into a leadership with a small team and build something special

Our name says it all. We are a small animal practice located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Redland Bay. We are a two vet per day practice supported by friendly and experienced nurses, serving our loyal community of clients. We are seeking candidates who enjoy leading on customer experience and high standards of care.

About The Clinic

Vet Happiness has become an icon of gold standard veterinary care in Redland Bay region. The team pride themselves on pet wellness of small animals, genuine client relationships and a relaxed collaborative culture. We are dedicated professionals who aim to provide stress free, comprehensive and compassionate veterinary services to our community.

To support our cases, we're equipped with an in-house IDEXX laboratory, full digital x-ray and ultrasound, dental x-ray, surgical theatre and monitoring equipment, separate dog and cat wards and a nice garden for puppy pre-school or lunch in the sunshine.

About The Role

  • Qualified Vet Nurse who still enjoys nursing but wants to progress
  • Working four days per week 8am to 6pm, no weekends or after hours
  • Gets excited about clinic and client growth, enjoys marketing and social media activities
  • Is committed to continuous education opportunities for themselves and their team
  • Brings an engaging leadership style focused on teamwork and wellbeing

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years vet nursing experience preferred
  • Strives for high standards of service excellence, communication and clinical care
  • Experience with practice management systems or appointment book management skills and are computer confident – we use RxWorks and Vetstoria
  • A genuine, warm and supportive style that enjoys caring for people who care for animals
