General Healthcare are seeking a Practice Manager to work in a busy Practice in Deception Bay, QLD

**On Offer**:
**Start date**: ASAP - Full Time Permanent

**Rate **$40.00 - $43.00 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day operations of the practice, including appointment scheduling, billing and diary management
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as directed
- Have an understanding of compliance, legislative and accreditation requirements relating to a specialist surgical practice
- Liaise with medical, nursing and hospital services to coordinate patient care
- Managing practice premises, including maintenance and security
- Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Essential**:
Previous experience in management (Min 3 - 5 years’ experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded)

Knowledge of the Medicare Schedule

Proficient computer skills - either Clinic to Cloud or other practice software essentials.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Experience**:

- Medical practice management: 3 years (preferred)
