We're seeking a results-oriented National Account Manager to lead our partnership with Coles, champion our consumer portfolio, and deliver commercial success in a dynamic.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow market share and achieve sales targets for Haleon's consumer brands.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Coles stakeholders, including buyers and category managers.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and shape actionable strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align and execute business objectives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and profitability in-store.
- Monitor account performance, including forecasting, promotional ROI, and inventory management.
- Deliver regular performance updates and market insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
About You.
You're a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building impactful partnerships. As a key member of our sales team, you'll drive growth while fostering trusted relationships with retail partners.
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally within FMCG/FMCH.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives.
