We are seeking a skilled
IT Systems & Operations Administrator
to join our team on a
6-week temporary assignment
. Based in Crows Nest, this role is ideal for someone who can quickly step into a busy IT environment and provide reliable support across systems, networks, and cloud platforms.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will:

  • Handle day-to-day IT support requests (onsite and remote).
  • Maintain and administer cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Office 365, Google Workspace).
  • Support internal projects and liaise with vendors on IT and SaaS implementations.
  • Provide network administration (LAN/WAN, firewalls, security).
  • Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
  • Keep IT documentation and knowledge base up to date.

About You

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You'll have:

  • Previous experience in an IT support/administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Office 365, Google).
  • Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux servers.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills across PCs, Macs, and SaaS applications.
  • Excellent communication and a proactive, team-focused approach.
