About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with key decision-makers, respond to proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent services of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Commercial cleaning & Facility Services

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and qualified prospects

Build and manage relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders

Prepare and present proposals, Presentations and other Marketing material to prospective clients

Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure client requirements are met

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
About You:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the facility services or commercial cleaning industry
· Strong track record of winning new contracts and building client relationships
· Experience working with clients across various sectors
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving result
· Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop tailored solutions for clients
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
