About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with key decision-makers, respond to proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent services of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Commercial cleaning & Facility Services

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and qualified prospects

  • Build and manage relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders

  • Prepare and present proposals, Presentations and other Marketing material to prospective clients

  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure client requirements are met

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

About You:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the facility services or commercial cleaning industry

· Strong track record of winning new contracts and building client relationships

· Experience working with clients across various sectors

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving result

· Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop tailored solutions for clients

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
