We're seeking a Business Development Manager based in Melbourne to support our healthcare clients and frontline staff. You'll lead communications, drive client satisfaction, and align recruitment and rostering functions—all while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Be the primary contact for clients, building trust and tailored solutions
- Address inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Service Delivery & Rostering
- Collaborate with Allocations & Recruitment to meet staffing needs
- Coordinate roster coverage and ensure optimal service delivery
- Proactively solve issues and support operational excellence
Field Staff Support
- Oversee coordination and performance support for nursing and care staff
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for our field team
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Lead and mentor customer service team members
- Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and high standards
Administration & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular performance reports
- Contribute to process enhancements and best practice initiatives
What we're looking for
- Experience in client service, workforce coordination, or healthcare operations
- Registered Nurse experience essential
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- A solutions-focused mindset and ability to prioritise on the go
- Strong admin and rostering experience (health sector preferred)
- Ability to lead and influence a team while working collaboratively
- A passion for improving service outcomes and a commitment to safety
