The Opportunity
Our Fielders business is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the Customer Service Team based in Emu Plains, NSW. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
In this exciting opportunity, you will lead and develop the Customer Service team to strengthen their capabilities in achieving exceptional customer experiences. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely to align the team strategy with business objectives and outcomes for your team.
What Will You Do?
You will develop a high-performing team by coaching, motivating, and empowering team members to improve capability, drive performance, and boost engagement, enabling the achievement of ambitious targets.
You will:
- create strong customer relationships by strengthening collaborative partnerships with both external customers and internal stakeholders
 - proactively oversee business operations, identifying trends and insights to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks, continuously reviewing and refining customer service processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction
