**What You’ll Do**

Imagine leading a team that handles a high volume of inquiries every day—some routine, others a bit more challenging. As our Team Leader, you’ll be the steady hand guiding your team through whatever comes their way. With a focus on professionalism, you’ll help set the standard, ensuring your team delivers top-notch customer-centric service even under pressure.

- **High Volume Experience**: You’ve got the experience of handling high-volume customer queries and know how to lead by example. We’re open to experience from various industry backgrounds: _banking, utilities, travel, e-commerce, retail, a helpdesk or insurance_ are just some examples. **Note**: Team Leader will be willing to undertake education regarding the insurance industry and learn the ropes
- we’ll provide you with the training you need.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
