Salary Position. We run a 24 hour 7 day week roster. This is mainly a PM Shift position - 8pm to 6am. Pay negotiation possible depending on Certifications/Licences, skills and experience.

About the Job

TechniGroup Australia requires an enthusiastic trade-based team leader to fill the position of Team Leader. We are looking for someone with experience in trades such as concreting, landscaping. painting, bricklaying, tiling, pressure washing and coatings application (ie; epoxy).

This is a hands-on position and is responsible to lead small teams on site to deliver high quality outcomes to our clients, liaising with onsite client contacts, and completing job reporting.

TechniGroup operate over a "balanced" 7-day roster, with opportunity for overtime. This is a PM Shift position - 8pm to 6am.

Tasks:

• Lead small teams on site and liaise with onsite clients

• Implement SWMS - WH&S and Environmental site controls

• Job site reporting and documentation

• Assist in training and mentoring team members

• Actively manage job site resources and communicate with management

• Deliver frontline services to meet KPl's

• Surface Preparation & Protective Coatings

• Maintain accurate data entry records by utilising our dedicated company app & software to collect predetermined information in relation to all jobs

• Pressure Washing

• Graffiti Removal

• Maintain high level of professionalism and performance of service

Essential Competencies (or willingness to achieve)

• MUST have OHS White Card & valid driver's licence - Manual licence preferred

• MUST have Experience in utilising smart phone apps and other business technologies

• Trade based team leader experience and/or certifications.

• EWP and Working at Heights Certificates

• Asbestos and Silica Awareness Training

• Willingness to apply for NSW Police Check and Working with Children Check

• Ability to read and utilise maps

Applicants must have proven skills and experience in the following areas:

• Site setup, SWMS implementation and small team leadership

• Operate small machines - Pressure washer, airless spray, etc

• Ability to read, interpret and report on site plans and job documentation

• High level of written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail

• A 'can do' attitude

• Be friendly, courteous and of neat appearance - show a genuine desire to help fellow team members and complete the job.
