The Team Leader Behaviour Support Practitioner will oversee the clinical work of our behaviour therapy team, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to a team of Behaviour Therapists, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.
- Oversee individualised behaviour intervention plans, assessments, and data-driven decision-making tailored to clients’ goals and needs.
- Conduct regular client assessments and maintain progress documentation in line with NDIS requirements and quality standards.
- Offer professional development opportunities and ongoing mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals and support a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
- Maintain open communication with clients, families, and caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes, including incident and nonconformity management aligned with NDIA and NDIS guidelines.
- Help foster a workplace culture that values diversity, respect, and professional growth.
**Requirements**:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in behaviour therapy.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, particularly in managing and mentoring teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of NDIS practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and individualised care to clients.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
