Being a division in Toll Group, Toll Government & Defence provides specialised logistics services across warehousing and distribution, relocation services and outsourced sourcing and procurement services.

About the Role

As a BI & Analytics Developer, you'll design and deliver cutting-edge dashboards, reports, and data solutions that empower our business units and customers. You'll be instrumental in data migration, archiving strategies, and uncovering trends that drive performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Design, build, and deploy BI solutions using tools like Power BI, S/4HANA, MS SQL, and Azure Data Lake.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and analytics platforms.
  • Automate data collection and cleansing processes.
  • Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Present insights through compelling data visualisations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience in BI development and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, OLAP, ETL frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python, and SAP Analytics.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy protocols.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business IT or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering BI solutions in enterprise environments.
